St. Catherine's Preschool

Program Eligibility

1. The child must be enrolled in St. Catherine's Preschool.

2. The child is 3 years old to 6 years old.

3. The child must be fully potty trained.

Please complete one Registration Form for each enrolled preschooler you wish to attend the Before and After School Program.

​

A one-time Registration Fee of $45 per student will be charged to your FACTS Management Company account upon completion and submission of this form. 

 

All Before and After Care Fees are charged at the beginning of the enrolled month to your FACTs Management Company account.
